The real reason why Amr Adib didnt show up ?!

Although am not an Egyptian but I still watch the daily talk-show “Al-Qahira Alyawm” (Cairo Today) on ORBIT. To be honest I watch it most of the time because I like the way Amr Adeeb presents the show, where he talks like any normal person in the street, doe not use difficult Arabic words and doesn’t try to showoff how sophisticated he is, Although he is really a good journalist and if he wanted to do it that way he easily can.

On Saturday 3rd of November 2007, we were shocked to realize that Amr Adib was not presenting and that Khairy Ramadan and the beautiful Rania Farid Shawqy were going to co-host the show for today and Kairy announced that Amr Adib is out of the country and that he will be back tomorrow (Sunday 4th of November 2007). But still the next day Amr didn’t appeare and Kairy co-hosted the show with Ahmed Mousa and re-announced that Amr is out of the country and that he will be back the next day (Monday 5th of November 2007).

I started wondering if Amr Adib actually got fired or was eliminated or thousands of other possibilities, because I remember that Nirvana Idris who left the show couple of years ago, Amr Adib came on for several episodes and he gave different reasons every-time why she is not there with him, in the end after few days he announced that she left the show. So I got that exact feeling, but he showed up yesterday 5th of November and hosted the show.

So what was the reason for not showing up the first 2 days of this week?, If you watch the show from start to the end of each episode you would realize that those 2 episodes had important guests from “The Egyptian National Democratic Party” (El7ezb Elwatany), and as we know Amr Adib is outspoken and does not care what is the rank of the person he is interviewing, he asks the questions without caring what the result would be. So maybe those guests demanded that the only way they would be in the show if Amr Adib does not host those 2 episodes.

This is just my own understanding to what really happened.

Obama makes a little girl cry, well not really… but you know FOX News!!

I know I know expect anything from FOX News, but really I am amazed that people actually watch this channel and freakin believe a word it says. Anyway I was chatting online and people were saying that Barack Obama made a little girl cry, i said come on!! i mean its not impossible but why and how, so I search the net, and i reach to mediamatters.org, and get the full picture.

What actually happened is that in Fox News America’s Newsroom co-host Megyn Kelly teased an upcoming story by saying “Well, in other news, Barack Obama makes a little girl cry. What? That story … in five minutes.”, and then later co-host Bill Hemmer corrected the story that Obama actually took questions from the 5 year old hadasah jones after she shed some tears and got his attention.

So its just business as usual in FOX News, misleading and false news…

Barack Obama introduces Senate resolution on Iran

Democrat Barack Obama introduced a new resolution in the senate late Thursday saying that George Bush doesn’t have authority to use military force against Iran. He is basically trying to reverse the damage that was done when the Senate passed an amendment sponsored by Senators Jon Kyl, R-Ariz., and Joe Lieberman. The amendment designated Iran’s Revolutionary Guard as a terrorist organization, and the only Senate Democrat running for president to support it was Hillary Clinton.

Al-Qaeda burned California ?!??! Are you kidding me ?!

 As usual I was reading different kind of news from here and there, and I was amazed when I read an article that states that FOX News and ONLY FOX News are blaming Al-Qaeda for the wildfires in California, well to be honest I dont watch FOX News I mean although am not an American but I watch MSNBC, CNN, the news hours on ABC, CBS, NBC just exactly how i watch BBC NEWS, Sky News, France 24, Euronews, Alarabiya, Aljazeera, and Aljazeera English and so on, but I don’t watch FOX News. Do I need to tell you why ?! oh you know already ok … so back to the Al-Qaeda big plan again, so I kept reading in shock, and in my mind i am still saying this cant be true, but in the end of the article a video that shows how FOX News are so fucking smart.

To blog or not to blog?

Hi. I debated the issue of creating a blog between me and myself for a long time now. I kept saying to myself one thing, whats new that i can offer in this vast blogosphere?
I realized later that I can only answer this question by going through the experience. So here I start.

Ok. Here how it goes. I surf the net for at least 16 hours daily. I read tech news, sports news, read all sorts of blogs, follow politics all around the world, watch allot of TV, watch allot of movies and play games.

Oh and i want to press on one thing, i watch alllllot of football. Not American football, football who some people might call it soccer.

I am a fan of Arsenal, Real Madrid, Inter Milan and Alahly(Egypt).
So as you can see I watch allllllot of football.

Alright then, the only remaining thing that you should know about me now is
that my name is Ibrahim Hussein, and that i am Jordanian from Palestinian roots and that i live in dubai – United Arab Emirates.
