Breaking News: Bridge collapses in Dubai marina

I heard people talking about a bridge under construction in dubai that collapsed just few minutes ago. The only news website that talked about this is the BBC. The only known thing until now is that 7 workers died and 15 are injured.

Dubai constructions are rising day by day in a very fast way.
Construction companies have many projects, and they cope with these tasks very successfully.
Dubai property is a really profitable one.
But the question is do construction companies follow the main building standards, conditions. If yes, what is the reason of this awful collapse?
